Available Monday through Friday night September 17th to October 17th. Class starts at 8:30am.
CrossFit classes blend mono structural modalities (e.g., running, rowing, jump-roping), gymnastic/calisthenics modalities (e.g., pushups, pull-ups, situps, handstands, ring-work) and weight lifting modalities (e.g., Olympic Weightlifting, and Power-lifting) often to be executed in a high-intensity, circuit training fashion. It is in these classes that skill development and transferability are prioritized above all else. Going fast just for the sake of going fast is discouraged.
