Preventative Practice-Rolling Massage Class

This class primarily involves self massage-ball rolling sequences inspired by New York Times best selling author, movement connoisseur Jill Miller’s book “The Roll Model®”, which will help you to shed your body’s unyielding stiffness. We all have body blind spots. Ball rolling is how we begin to see what is going on underneath our skin. Furthermore, understanding, utilizing, and integrating strategic self-care is how we then unlock our own physical and psychological freedom.
